What are you eating/doing today? (Wednesday)

Working from home today as I had far too much work to do and am obviously distracted since I am online.  


B - bowl of oatmeal with sweetener
S - half an avacado, 2 crackers with laughing cow cheese and this delish roasted red pepper spread. 
L - left over chicken parmasan and a veg.
S - probably same as morning since I am at home.
D - same as lunch.  I am not cooking and have to work late. 

I'll probably throw a couple glasses of milk in there to up the protien. 
food certainly goes farther when you are cooking these days.  LOL.

Had a busy morning....several appts....just now getting on 'puter!  Better late than never....really helps me to keep focused!

B - Premier Proten shake + 1 Tbsp flax seed + 1 Tbsp Deisel Protein powder

S - 1 Mozz stick

L - 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese + 1 Tbsp Walden farms seafood sauce +
      1/2 cup Motts low sodium garden ****tail

D - 3oz chicken breast + 3 tsp Dijon mustard + steamed spinach 30g +
      1 Tbsp flaxseed

TOTALS:  Cal=614....Carb=25....Protein=90g
