I will start reading it today however I can't imagine I'll learn very much from it since I've done so much research already.

The off leash park is right in front of the mattagami boat launch near ford. Its a huge fenced in area and my dogs just love it. It's only been open for 2 weeks now.

L: I was going to eat cottage, but it went bad! So change of plan, I will have some crackers + swiss cheese, if room left, will add some tomatoes to this, or a pickle maye, that would be delicious (didn't have one in a lonnnnnnngggggggg time!)
S: Water, Water, Water and maybe some greek yogourt but seriously doubt il will happen since snacks are really hard still (not hungry yet!)
D: Something made out of ground beef. Don't know what yet, but inspiration will quick in later on! lol!!!

It looks like a pretty darn good preop menu (certainly better than mine), but when looking to post op, I would drop the bagel in favour of a pure protein like an egg or meat as well as the breton crackers. Semi sweet chipits (you could stop at 10? WTG), will have to be a very rare treat, but there are sugar free varities.
Way to go on being so proactive. I would suggest that you log this into Myfitnesspal or something like this to ge an idea of your protein to carb ratio. It really helped me to tweak my menu and dump things that just weren't worth the carbs.
All the best!
