Food boredom
wow I would be exactly NO help at all..I odn;t get bored of anything in fact usually 3 days a week for the last 2 years & most of the year I eat somewhere and have the same small garden salad and a grilled chicken breast
prior to surgery 323lbs....4 years post-op maintaining between 108- 114 lb loss.

I think it might be that "something else".
I remember when I was young and single, working and out socializing, I didn't have too much time to think about food, so I pretty much ate the same thing ALL the time for a month at a time. Always in the same microwave bowl...was just easier than thinking about it. 2 potatoes and 2 onions mashed up with salt and pepper. Then it was turkey spaghetti. Then it was 12 chicken nuggets and peas...
I think if you get busier, find something to do, you won't find you are so bored with what you are eating. I think that thinking too much about food can be a slippery slope...
