I don't know about you, but these colder darker mornings are making it VERY hard to crawl out from under the covers these days ...

Going to fetch my friend from Victoria BC at the airport after work today ... ten days of fun. Haven't seen her in about 3 years - she's gonna freak when she sees the new me!

 B - Cheerios, 1/2 banana, large coffee
 S - cottage cheese (1%) + SF applesauce + muesli
 L - 1 turkey pepperette, 4 crackers
 S - 1 apple, 21 g cheddar
 D - salad and chicken

Multivitamins in, calcium and B12 still to come

16 months out, holding at 130 lbs.

B - Premier Protein Choc shake + 1 Tb flaxseed

S - 1 Piller's Turkey Bites sausage

L - 1/4 c. 2% Cottage cheese + 1/4 Edamame beans and 1/4 c. plain FF GY + Torani
      SF Vanilla syrup

D -  1 Tb Flaxseed + 1 can (85g) Sardines in spring water + 1 Tb Walden Farms (cal free,
       fat free, sugar free, carb free) 1000 Island dressing + 30g Broccoli

S -  1 Mozz cheese stick


TOTALS:    626 CAL;    21G CARB;    26G FAT;    80G PROT;    10G FIBER

Not a clue!! LOL

I'm off to TWH for rest of my "one-year" appointments (only 6 months late), and I will be doing food court lunch. And dinner is up in the air too.

No exercise today, but I made up for it by doing hot yoga last night . :-)

Had my protein coffee so far. And having a hard boiled egg before I go to my 11 a.m. appt.

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

I have my extra reflectors on when I start my runs in the morning now, it is very dark at 6:30 when I hit the road. Today ran 5.5miles on a new route in my new city.

B- cottage cheese, vitamins
S- baby bell
L- boiled egg on a salad
S- peanut butter on celery
D- turkey bite on salad

Barb? Is morphine still affecting you?

I am enjoying St. Catharines, though I would like to meet some people. I guess the Niagara group needs new leadership, but I am not in a position to do anything about it because I am going to school and then off on a couple holidays this fall/winter.

No, I think I have to get moving to get better.  Going to take a walk to Tim's in a while and get a coffee. No napping.

Do you belong to the church there yet? I'll bet you could meet some wonderful new friends there.

I actually went to a BC this week and there was a request for people to help with quilts for the needy. Since quilting is one of the things I like to do, it is perfect.
