What are you eating/doing today? (Tuesday)
Morning all. I had to scrape myself off the sheets this moring. You are right. Getting up in the dark makes it so much harder to tear yourself from dreamland!
B- watermelon, small square of toast with PB
S- protein shake- crammed 40g of protein in that sucker!!
L- Small Wendy's chilli- 17 grams protein
S- mini can of tuna, 4 melba rounds (16 g. protein)
D- extra lean hamburger, tomatoes, cheese (it's a macaroni casserole, but will take the macaroni out for myself) *haven't calculated the protein for this yet, but I'm already over 60, so I likely won't bother :)
S- likely nothing
Taking calcium, Cold FX (desperate not to have pneumonia this year!), 2 iron, a multi, a vit. C, and a vit D

B. 1 slice of egg bread with butter, two slices of swiss and 6 slices of salami. coffee + milk and splenda
S.Timmy's small Coffe with double cream and a peanut butter cookie.
S. Cofee with cream
L. two tiny (15g) salmon patties and some leftover fish - total of 80g of fish, 100 g of ham, 1/2 slice of egg bread.
D.250g of bacon (packed in a lunch box, cooked, not crispy - that's how I like it) and 1/2 slice of egg bread. I'm eating on the go today - won't be home till 9pm,
S. papaya, probably about 300g. And tea.
Exercise: Yoga one hour, 2x 2km runs - I've got school after work, prefer running there and back. about 2km each way - not bad IMHO.

Y'know, minus the cookie and the coffee cream and maybe one of the slices of egg bread, and it doesn't look all that different from what I may eat. Add vegetables of course. :)

Agree, well it was "on the go" day, usually dinner is more "conventional", like meatloaf and veggies. You know, with this much carbs - a cookie and two slices of bread, I actually lose. It's my "low carb" version.
BTW, recently I stopped eating whole wheat stuff, since fiber lowers absorption of calcium and iron. Instead I use Chinese egg bread, according to the label it has higher protein content - 6g per slice. I buy it at T&T Supermarket. Just FYI, in case your "low fiber" diet becomes permanent.

I have had a bit of a rough go ...can't do the protein drinks and have been told to get all my protein from food so the last few days I have managed by setting alarms to remind myself to eat so all I have left to eat is dinner and snacks one set of vitamins and 4 glasses of water left to get in before bed. Stop drinking any water or eating any salt. Take a laxative. I know it`s not healthy but you have only 2 days - be healthy after the weigh in!!! You can do it ! GO GO GO !
