OH MY GOODNESS NATHALIE!!!! Yours is one of the most amazing and inspirational transformations I have ever seen! I think what touches me most is comparing your before and after pictures. It is not just that your appearance has gone through an amazing metamorphosis (loooove the dimples :) It's more about your spirit. At your heaviest, you must have been having a difficult time physically, yet you looked like such a happy and "glass half full" kind of person. That, I am sure is key to your success in this endeavor. I love how you felt like a babe at 400 pounds. Attitude is 99.9% of the battle in ANY goal, and so many of us (myself included), have a hard time with that part of life.

To think that in 1 year you have lost 250 pounds leaves me absolutely gobsmacked. You look vibrant, alive, and whole heartedly happy with life, and you are soooo pretty. My very genuine congratulations on all of your success! If I still had the means to bookmark this thread (damn changes), I would! :)

Not that I want to correct you but just so that other readers will not think I lost 250 in 12 months...lol..I lost 250 in 22 months, I lost 100 before surgery and 150 since last year...and I do have to say that I'm happy summer is over, ONLY because you are back with us....lol...:P

Okay, that makes more sense, but ........WHATEVER....250 freak'in pounds lost !!!!

BTW, it makes it that much more impressive that you lost the first 100 all by yourself before surgery. Not many people can say that. Certainly not I. I think I ate so much for fear of being restrictedpost-op, that I gained close to 100 before my surgery. Hahaha!
