Wow Nathalie you really are an inspiration!! When I look at you I tear up because you give me hope! I showed your pics to my 10 year old daughter and her jaw literally dropped! She also thinks you're beautiful! She stands by me all the time but is nervous that I change too much! Lol. Thanks for the post, really needed that. By the way, never seen so many posts for one person! You've touched many! xo

Awwe, very sweet Vi, and reassure your daughter that the changes that we go through with our close love ones are less apparent the the ones we see every other month. My stepson always tell me that he needs to look back at my pics because living with the person day in day out, you see every change every day instead of a "omg, who the heck are you?" reaction...if you know what I mean...lol

Can't wait to follow your journey...have a wonderful weekend!

I think everyone should be told they’re beautiful until they believe it ... so i will say it you are beautiful both then and now.....you are truly an inspiration to me...i have read your blog many times and you inspire me to believe i can do this too and that i may be just as successful as you are...keep up the great work...

Thanks for posting your photos... I always found "before and after" photos to be so inspiring, keeping me focused on my target for better health... and it doesn't hurt when one's appearance, confidence and energy is enhanced so dramatically in the process what a wonderful added bonus for you (and me)!

Total Loss= 187 lbs & Weight Loss since Dec 28/2011 w/Opti+WLS= 134 lbs.
