Isn't she awesome Marilyn? Good gawd, I can't believe the rate she is losing at the speed of light.

Hi Pink Jellybean,
I am a fellow VSGer, I have alot of the same concerns. But, I wanted to ask you if you don't mind, what is your typical day menu wise. I don't think I am eating enough, especially fruits and veggies! I eat the protein first, but then I am full, no room for veggies. I suspect I will be getting an ear full on Friday, at my 6month check in..
And if we have room for only 800-900cal a day when we hit are goal/plateau how are we suppose to maintain are weight without losing more?
p.s you look wonderful!!!!!

You're looking very good. I, too, am just learning about depleted vitamin stores. I go on Wednesday for another check-in at the clinic, so we'll see what's up then. I'm really having trouble remembering to take my calcium/D throughout the day.
Had RNY surgery July 22/11, St. Joe's Hamilton, with the awesome Dr. Scott Gmora. Had abdominoplasty August 2/13, Scarborough, with equally awesome Dr. Michael Kreidstein.

Um... Just a thought if oyu are having trouble remembering. Do you by chance have a smart phone? Or a cell with a calendar?
I ask because I use to have to take multiple meds every day... In a certain way... At specific times. (Antibiotic ****tails Suck!)
I use to set my planner to let an alarm go off 5 minutes before it was time, and carry 3 sets of each in my purse at all times incase I was not home. I would simply refill it when I got home.
Most don't consider doing this but it works...
