What are you eating/doing today? (Thanksgiving Sunday Edition)
Good morning and Happy Thanksgiving!
Not sure what I'm up to today, other than my usual Domestic Goddess duties. LSB aka Bryan just left, so I appear to be left to my own devices for a while. Which may or may not be dangerous. :D We had a fabulous dinner last night, if I do say so myself, so I have seafood stuffed portobellos leftover - woot! Not having dinner with the family today as.... my parents cancelled! LOL My dad is at the cottage closing things up for the winter and taking the boat out soooo... no turkey for me. (HUGE-ASSED pout). Oh well. :)
RNY 6.5 years post-op (maintenance)
B - coffee with milk x 2, protein shake
S - 2 ham/ceese/pickle roll-ups, 2 melba rounds
L - seafood stuffed portobello
S - banana
D - guess! seafood stuffed portobello mushroom
S - a couple of beers out with friends

RNY 10 months post-op
Breakfast: protein shake
Snack: Babybel cheese
Lunch: bacon wrapped scallops (2)
fresh veggies and dip
Snack: more veggies/dip and some cheese
Dinner: turkey, meatball, veggie, cranberry sauce, a bit of gravy on the turkey.
Snack: Skinny cow

Making Thanksgiving supper for family, playing with fox terriers and relaxing in between today!
b; 2 black coffees, serving Vector cereal w unsweetened soy milk
s; raspberries with plain greek yoghurt + 2 T granola
l; home made beans with a 1 oz piece of old cheddar cheese
s; pumpkin protein shake (thanks dna for the recipe)
d; turkey w GF stuffing, carrots & parsnips
s; GF pumpkin pie

Don't know if I'm going to the family Thanksgiving Dinner today or tomorrow....we're
waiting on folks coming in from out-of-town....so, have left "dinner" menu blank for
today and will fill in later...."TOTALS" are for all foods listed.
B - Premier Choc shake + 1 Tb flaxseed
S - 1 Hardboiled egg
L - 1/4 c. 1% Cottage cheese + 1/4 c. Edamame Beans
D - ??????
S - 10 shelled Pistachio nuts
TOTALS: 444 CAL; 17G CARB; 20G FAT; 51G PROT; 11G FIBER
