Hey Ladies! Over the Shoulder Boulder Holders!
I use to be a size 48 G and now what's left is terrible and deflated but my band size is the smallest part of my body. I tried a 38 DD and the band was too big and the cups too small. The lady at the store said I needed a 36 DDD but they dont' carry them.
Where oh where can I get a good bra that is high cut under the arms to hold in the lose skin?
Seriously if I don't get a good bra soon I'll be scratching my knees with my nipples!!

I have spent many, many hours hunting for a bra that will not cost me the mortgage payment.
I personally love the Hanes outlet across the border. (36DDD was in fact a 34G) (I use to be that size until I went into maint and have stayed this size for a few months) (Loving my 34D's)
Hanes seem to have the odd sizes at an affordable price.
I spend no more than $40 on a bra.
Sears - they have a huge selection.
Additionelle - can't remember if they go down to 36 or not.
La Senza and Pink - don't even bother - no support and they are only for show.
Stay away from the Ahh bra or Genie, - they make you look squishy and flat with no real shape.
That is a pet peeve of mine, women who won't take care of their boobs and wear a decent bra.
Just my opinion for what it may be worth.
My opinion only:
I have tried many different brands of bras throughout my heavy years and now my saggy years, and the best for me was to go to a high end bra store and pay the $$$ for the bra.
I have found one brand, that fits me perfectlty, holds the girls in and lifts me up and hides the sagging sides and it is very pretty. Yes, it was expensive, but well worth it. I take care of it, and hand wa**** in mild soap, and it lasts me at least a year. Then, i have another one that was less expensive and on sale, and it is okay...so i wear that one outside of work.
I would rather pay extra $$ for the undergarments, so when i wear my outside inexpensive clothes, it all looks good.
Good luck in searching
p.s. The states carry a bigger variety of sizes...

I love their bra's and since my boobs are the only thing on my body not getting smaller, I still have to buy a 40DD full figure bra.

Additionelle bottoms out at a 38 band.
http://www.secretsfromyoursister.com/ - go... get measured, and fitted. Take a pad of paper and a pen.
Write down the makes, models, and sizes. It is NOT the same brand to brand so an arbitrary size like that means nothing.
F = DDD
More specifically:
A
B
C
DD = E
DDD = F
G

(Only the french lines carry an I typically and I in a french line is = to a G)
I only do British standard sizing because anything else is just messed up but I am dealing in the higher letters.
Remember... a 36DDD/F cup is = to a 38DD/E cup in a wired bra. The ACTUAL wire and cup is the SAME. The band is smaller... The ratio for the sliding scale is up in the band 1 size = down in the cup 1 size. (Or vice versa)
Now... The reason you have the pad of paper and the pen is simple. If you NEED a bra... TODAY. Buy 1. No more than 1. Your fave... Take the pad of paper home, and hit www.ebay.co.uk and buy all those fabulous expensive ones for a fraction of the price. I get my Panache ones for 20-50$ each by shopping that way and I am buying new with tags... I only pay duty when I I buy more than 60$ worth out of one place... and only occasionally. FYI Panache has their superbra line which had smaller band sizes/larger cup sizes but also Atlantis which is a fabulous water bra...
Err... not that I am uber familiar with bras or anything...
Oh and if you are aiming for higher sides under the arms... You may want to stick to wire free because the high wired sides can pop out, or pinch on a long day...

Ya gotta come shopping with me so I get the right kind. I am still losing weight (but I fit back into my work out bras and other bras at the moment) so that is going to change.
I buy a LOT of stuff from eBay.. way better deals than local sometimes
