I feel for you. I broke mine 16 years ago and still suffer.
Dr. said the only way to fix it is to remove the piece that is broken off in there and that I'd be laying face down for probably 3 months after. I decided to live with the pain in the a$$ lol.
Hoping yours is only cracked and not completely broken off like mine!!!
Happy healing...

Ouch ... Hopefully you heal fast.

I broke my tailbone years ago. I remember the pain. It tamed a king time to go away, but it generally does eventually.

Ouch!    Sorry to hear that.   Didn't realize there was risk of falling as a downside to losing 200 pounds.  Mental note... I will have to be careful!      Hope you heal quickly!

So sorry to hear this!  I know how painful this is as I cracked mine three summers ago when I was still overweight.  It is the single most painful thing I deal with on a daily basis.  Have you got yourself a cushion yet with the back cut out so that there is no pressure on your tailbone?  I purchase a new one once a year and take it everywhere with me. It really helps. I still can't do any exercises that involves sitting on the floor.  I hope yours heals better than mine.

oh goodness I can only imagine your pain.

Honestly I am the only woman in my immediate family that hasn't broken their tailbone.

I really hope you feel better soon.
