Yes, it's depressing, and then you realize also you aren't getting any younger and you will never look like Heidi Klum either. Before & after pics are a great pic me up, and also staying active. I like my body when it is performing for me. You've done amazingly, and every "slow" week is training you in maintenance. Best wishes.
