no sugar added ice cream...the end of a love affair...
I am having this issue with crackers. Healthy(er) crackers of course but I cannot stop at the serving size portion suggested. I just sat down and had about 40 mini brettons and then crushed up the remainder of the package and tossed them. It is way too easy to get into the habit. I am not sure if I am a dumper or not. I have not wanted to find out however being able to eat that many mini crackers makes me think I am not a dumper. Well, that is not a bad thing, it will only make me have to be more conscious of what goes into my mouth and what comes into my home. I am happy I am not the only one and i think that this forum is a great place to be able to confess backward slides. I know that I am doing this because I am very stressed. I need to deal with it in other ways. The gym is a great outlet for me and I think that I will have to spend more that 3 nights a week there. At least i m liking it. Cheers and good luck to all
I'm not sure how throwing NAS ice cream down the sink after 1 cup matches your "I've got to gain weight" goal, but if it's a trigger, I guess that's good.
