Morning all :)
Insomnia hits again! It's my birthday today. Going for blood work early this morning, then to a movie (James Bond!) and out for dinner, then out to the pub. What a lovely day. Little Scottish Boy is still asleep, I'm about to jump into the bath. :)
Eats for today: depending on where we go for dinner of course:
RNY 6.5 years post-op:
B - coffee with milk and lots of it, protein shake when I get home
S - 1 slice of thin crust pizza with Blue Menu Tzatziki
L - ham/cheese/pickle roll-ups (3), dipped in mustard
S - Ooooh, a tea fog with the coconut almond milk!
D - I'm thinking East Side Mario's after the movie. Soooooo..... All you can eat soup and salad (haaa... all I can eat? Very little)
Off to the pub to celebrate my birthday - all my besties will be there. Woot!
Have a WONDERFUL day! I'm happy to be 45 today. HAHAHA Not really, I'd rather be 35.

Happy Birthday Karen.......Bond movie is great
Golfing today - then a manicure/pedicure - then out to Ruths Chris for a honking steak
Eats for losing:
B - 2 large mugs of regular coffee
2 ham/cheese/pickle roll ups
S - Oh Yeah bar on the course
L - 2 cups of greek salad with 4 oz grilled chicken
S - very large decaf coffee while having pedicure
D - 4 oz steak - beef tenderloin
1/2 cup of broiled tomatoes
5 oz glass of red wine
FITDAY totals for the above menu are: Calories - 1,235, Fat - 63 grams, Carbs - 49 grams, Protein - 100 grams
Percentages = Fat -46%, Carbs - 13%, Protein - 33%, Alcohol - 9%
All water - vits -

B - 3 ryvita light rye crisps with low fat peanut butter, 1 premier protein shake
S - 1 1/2 cups of greek yogart with strawberries sweetened with splenda
L - 2 cups of homemade chicken soup with protein powder, 8 salteens with light cheese
S - kashi bar
D - homemade chili, 8 salteen crackers with light cheese
S - probably none, or some mixed nuts
All my vits and exercise is running around at work as the first snow panic sets in (about a 10km run)

Happy Birthday old bag!!! 45 is not so bad and honestly I'd not want to be 35, I'm more than happy in my 40's. Hope you have a wonderful day.
Well the kids made it here last night white knuckling it the last 80 miles or so. Weather changed drastically and lots of cars in the ditch. Made them a few stiff drinks. Out shopping today then home to cook ham dinner and all the fixing for my baby's birthday today. He's 22.
B - 2 poached eggs, 1/2 ww english muffin
L - taking them out for lunch so probably a salad with steak, chicken or shrimp on top
S - 1.5 cups almond milk tea latte
D - 3 oz ham, a few roasted brussel sprouts, 3-4 steamed green beans and maybe a bit of scallopped potatoes
S - Kid made it easy on me and just wants a cranberry too tall cake from M&M's so will have a thin slice after dinner and likely a few drinks as we play games and catch up.

RNY, 5.5 Weeks Post-Op
B - 1/4 cup greek yogurt, 1/4 cup all brand buds, 1 tbsp protein powder, SF Torani syrup.
S - 1/2 cup protein shake, 2 tbsp prunes with 1/4 cup applesauce and metamucil,
L - 1 hard boiled egg with 1 tbsp mayo, 1/2 can tuna with 1 tbsp mayo and mustard, 1/2 small can of V8.
D - We are going to be at a friends' house and they are ordering chinese. I am going to bring 1/4 cup chili and 1 tbsp sour cream with me, as I don't think there will be much I can eat! I'll also bring a babybell cheese.
S - 1/2 cup protein shake, 1/4 cup cottage cheese with splenda, cinnamon, and a tbsp or protein powder.
I also plan to get my 45 minute walk in at the track, vitamins, and work hard to drink more water (feel like I should be sipping it more - having some trouble remembering to start back drinking 30 minutes after meals).
Totals for today - 813 calories, 51g carbs, 26g fat, 103g protein.
