That's a good tip! I did that in the earlier stages to remember when to take in fluids, so I could totally start doing this again!

Another thing you could do at work since you won't have a microwave there necessarily, is if your e-mail program (e.g. Outlook) has a calendar with appointment alarms on it, you could set alarms to go off at various times throughout the day to remind you to drink. I do that with pills and stretches and stuff.

Julia early out post op I would set the timer on my iPhone, it worked like a charm to remind of everything. Your menu looks great!

Thanks! I used to use my BB timer at the beginning, so think I might have to start using it again, to remind me of when I can start drinking water again.
