Hi everyone!

Nothing going on today, Just going to putter around the house and do some cleaning, going to take it slow.

 

B- coffee LARGE X 2

    Protein shake with instant coffee to crystals to mask the grossness (using it up).

 

S- 1/2 a Second Cup Banana Nut Muffin my son happily ate the other half

 

L- 1\2 cup leftover pasta casserole (chicken, green pepper)

 

D- pork chop with applesauce mashed potato and broccoli

 

S- grated parmesan Popcorn to go along with Saturday nights Movie night

I'm currently doing the dance class waiting thing. Did Body Combat and a 5 minute run after. Later we're off to a birthday party in wasaga beach. People I've never met and a hot tub. Just gotta sneak my saggy body in and then it's all good!

20 months post-rny
So far I've had
B - protein coffee, two eggs over easy, 1 slice of rue toast
S: tall skinny vanilla latte with protein
L: pure protein bar.
No idea what the rest of the day will bring! Wine for sure

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

premier protein shake

1/4 can tuna with miracle whip and a pickle (pureed)

1 tablespoon jello

1/2 small chicken breast, with sauteed onion,  2 tablespoons of refried beans and a pinch of grated cheese (pureed)

protein shake

1/4 cup of silhouette yogurt 

+ water!
