What exercise are you doing today??
Pinkie baby!.. Truly lunges are THE hammer of choice for getting your calfs/quads/glutes into shape. Form is very critical for doing these or you DON'T get the full impact and you obviously.................has gots the form.
In another life time, I used to be able to do 40 in a row across the gym floor. My trainer was a mad mad I swear (but I adored him!)
Me? I got out of bed. Looked out the window, took a Tramadol and drove my son to work.
Went grocery shopping (at my pace with more Tramadol onboard) and it ROCKED!.. There were NO humans around.. I loved it!
