Good morning :) Can't believe I beat Barb here today. lol
I had such a fabulous time yesterday - thank you so much to those who attended. I'm up rather early. Bryan is making me coffee. Shopping for groceries today, other than that, HOME.
Eats for today:
B - coffee with milk, VANILLA Premier protein shake (THANK YOU!)
S - leftover cheese and onion pie
L - cheese, ham, pickles, olives, melba rounds
D - Scotch pie with mashed potato and HP beans

Morning;
One more day of holiday eating......
B - 2 large mugs of regular coffee
Premier protein shake
S - Oh Yeah Bar
L - out to brunch....
-1/2 cheese omelet
- 4 slices bacon
-1/4 waffle with 1 TB of syrup
S - Greek yogurt
D - 1 cup of low fat chicken tortilla soup
Peanut butter sandwich
S - Skinny cow bar.....will never buy these again once the box is gone......110 calories....but 20 grams of
carbs per serving......
FITDAY totals for the above menu are: Calories - 1,568, Fat - 65 grams, Carbs - 158 grams, Protein - 108 grams
Percentages = Fat - 35%, Carbs - 39%, Protein - 26%....could be first time EVER my protein % is less then both my carb and fat %.....

I also has so much fun yesterday. It was great meeting Bryan too!! And Joyce's Bryant!! Everyone is so happy and in love sigh
I'm just about to eat a 1/2 banana and peanut butter before my long run. Then off to dance class for the kids (they only have one on Sundays) and cleaning and housework the rest of the day.

L: leftover pizza. I never made the cauliflower. By the time I got home from lunch, I pretty much gave up on attempting actually cooking LOL. So I had some real homemade pizza...crust and all yesterday. Today i'll just have the toppings
S: soybeans and 1/2 banana and peanut butter
D: roast beef yummo

That's great! I don't like coffee, but I can see how it be strong enough to make the shakes taste good.

B - 1 egg omelet (1tbs bacon bits, shedded chesse mix, 1 tbs bruschetta) wrapped in whole wheat tortilla
S - some kind of skinny latte from Starbucks
L - 3oz turkey with whole wheat tortilla, wedge of cheese, some carrots and piece of fruit
S - protein bar, 20 almonds, piece of fruit
D - might have lobster with oven roasted potatoes?? not sure as of yet
S - special K chocolate crisp bar and piece of fruit
