Absolutely fabulous! I need this kind of inspiration. I started at 387 and when I told the nutritionist I hoped to get under 200, she said "that might be optimistic, more like 220" I thought I could do better and you prove that is possible. Thanks

You go ahead and have a good cry! I almost cried when I read your posting. That is awesome and thank you so much for the inspiration. I am off to meet the surgeon today so this is indeed good news to hear on the day I am getting very close to surgery.
