What exercise are you doing today

Already been to curves to do my workout, now its time to get ready for work!!
I'm 2 wks post op tummy tuck etc and will start moving a bit more...gently. I'm off for another 3wks....yipee
Going to my local mall where a circuit of the place is 2km...will hope to manage 2 circuits by the end of the week. I won't be walking fast...just steady. Roll on warmer weather.....my old bones are feeling it!!
After work, hitting the gym.... the treadmill and then weights....my trainer has a program for me to tighten the tummy :) yippee!!!
The gym is also having a competition for the month....whoever burns the most calories on cardio machines will win a free month of membership!! Might just have to stay longer on the treadmill or elliptical!!!

I am on a break day from my Couch to 5 K plan (finished week 1 yesterday!). I may go on the recumbent bike for a bit after work - too cold to go for a walk at lunchtime!
Also, tonight I'm going to my first ever yoga class, and it's a hot yoga class! My friend assures me it's one of the easier classes - hopefully she's right!
