What exercise are you doing today??
Well the snow has arrived earlier than thought... ( Mississauga area of Hwy 10 and Dundas)
How is everyone doing???
I have found doing this thread has help me to keep moving......and follow through with actually
doing the exercise.
For today I will be going to an AB's toning class this morning, and later this afternoon I may try my first YOGA class, (Need to find out if it is an advance class or not)

I did my first Yoga class this week (hot yoga) and Barb is right - much harder than I thought! I felt great afterwards, though.
Today I'm doing the second session of my Week 2 Couch to 5K program at the track - looking forward to it!

Good Morning,
I'm going to an aquafit class today....huge for me as getting into a swimsuit and walking into a pool is something that I am so uncomfortable doing! The swimsuit is on and I'm meeting up some other OH ladies so I've committed...no backing out now :))
I also plan to walk 2 km in my lunch.
