When the skin brings you unexpectedly down.....
I have had panni issues since shortly after my second c-section 6 years ago and the weight just seemed to find it's way there!
I use sudocrem... the baby bum cream, and it works wonders for me...

I have extra belly skin and used to have lots of saggy boobs to deal with. I had a reduction done 7 mos post op and it was the BEST thing next to surgery. they removed almost 8 lbs of skin from the chest but very little tissue. I could literally tunck them into my pants.
the belly past I deal with shape wear to keep it tight but have had one time my belly button was inflamed and very sore. I used the over the counter cream and peroxide. now I clean it a couple times a day.
I know I am not much help. there does seem to be some great suggestions though.
I've not had very much luck with any of the antifungal CREAMS, but I recently got a Rx for Nystatin POWDER and it's AWESOME. I dry really well after the shower, and even use the blow dryer on low to get everything super dry. Then a little nystatin powder, and I'm good. It's kept the rashes from reappearing for a very long time now.
I've also seen a product called INTERDRY http://www.inter-dry.com/ That helps relieve this issue, and can be purchased online.
