What exercise are you doing today??
Rope pull downs. This is best done on a machine but it can be an alternative motion with free weights.

You can also use decreasing resistance in starting with a higher weight, five reps,quickly adjust weight down by five or ten pounds, five reps, another decrease increment, five reps and a final decrease with five reps. Four sets should get you some serious results with "bingo wings" as it builds some muscle but mostly definition in the triceps.
I go from 90 to 60 pounds now and I'm struggling to do the last couple of reps.
Start out light if you're a beginner and when you can do this exercise through all four sets, you can begin to increase the weight.

I hope cleaning the house counts. I've been at it over 3 hours (ouch!) and I haven't vacuumed my room or cleaned my bathroom yet. We're having a friend over tonight, so the bedroom is the last place I need to get cleaned. ;D I'm taking another break...
