I just got of the treadmill...30 min=1.25 miles

might get back on again tonight too...will have to see how my left hip is feeling :)

Shovelling does count! It is hard work and gets all your major muscles involved.

Going to do 45 mins cardio, 10 minutes abs, 10 mins extra stretching

Rope pull downs. This is best done on a machine but it can be an alternative motion with free weights.

You can also use decreasing resistance in starting with a higher weight, five reps,quickly adjust weight down by five or ten pounds, five reps, another decrease increment, five reps and a final decrease with five reps. Four sets should get you some serious results with "bingo wings" as it builds some muscle but mostly definition in the triceps. 

I go from 90 to 60 pounds now and I'm struggling to do the last couple of reps. 

Start out light if you're a beginner and when you can do this exercise through all four sets, you can begin to increase the weight.

I hope cleaning the house counts.  I've been at it over 3 hours (ouch!) and I haven't vacuumed my room or cleaned my bathroom yet.  We're having a friend over tonight, so the bedroom is the last place I need to get cleaned. ;D  I'm taking another break...

I walked 2 miles with my husband this morning.  It was -32 outside but we were well bundled up!  I was hoping to do it again tonight but my heal is so sore!  I think it's the tendon at the back!    I tried icing it to no avail!

Did a walk, went grocery shopping, did laundry, folded and put away laundry, sorted one bin of clothes to donate, cleaned the kitchen, emptied and filled the dishwasher twice and made dinner.  I love having the energy to do all of this!
