If you mean the slip it's T5007

I don't think they have been sent out yet as I do returns for a few people on ODSP and no slips yet.

They all got sent out on the 15 th of the month to all ow and Odsp . I know because I gave slot of peoe cling and asking and that's what the system says . They need to have them out easier so people can do there taxes
