What exercise are you doing today??
Good Morning...
Back from my mini vacation, I had a great time and the weather was perfect....But back to reality - snow covered streets and cold..
I did a lot of walking, but not much cardio so today i am hoping to get to the gym for some cadio...(not sure i can, lots to do to get caught up with.)

I am biting the hairy bullet and taking my 2.5 year old swimming. Not sure how much excersize I will actually be getting but hey, I am moving. Then this afternoon after I paint our bathroom cabinet I am going to walk/jog on the treadmill for 30-45 mins.
I wi**** were nice. I really really have the itch to get my hands dirty making a garden in the front yard !
