Iron question ???

Hi, Just as an FYI - you can open the ferra max capsules and take it over food or applesauce.  That is what OKNEE recommended until I could swallow the capsules whole.

A daily serving is 3 pills.  Proferrin is a heme iron.  I take Feramax as it is a polysaccharide(sp) iron.  One serving is one pill daily. I take two pills.  It is non-constipating.
