large blue banner across the top of page - small box to the right with 3 lines
not able to do search or view correctly.
url does not include .m so I don't think I am in mobile mode.

It looks that way when you use Internet Explorer as your browser. You can click on the 3 bars to get the Search. I personally prefer using Firefox as my browser as I never have issues with OH with FF.
