picture help

uuuggghhh so I have a before and after pic, and I want to post it on the board, I have it up on my profile, but can anyone help me out.....im usually good at stuff like this, but I'm struggling this today lol

If you are using your phone or iPad, apparently it's next to impossible.

Otherwise, this is how I do it:

Save a photo on my computer, then upload to photos on OH, right click and copy it and then paste it into my message.
