What are you doing/eating today ( Sunday)
Morning all :)
I hope everyone had a "Happy VD" yesterday! Barb, you left just in time - minus 40 with the wind chill out there today. Yesterday I did nothing. Absolutely nothing, and it was glorious! I swear, angels sang every few minutes as I sa****ching TV, eating whatever Andrew cooked, and revelling in my do-nothingness. LOL
Andrew's oldest daughter and her boyfriend are coming for lunch and cards today, I have to get out and do a little grocery shopping later, will do some cooking for the week later and tomorrow (day off, woot!), not sure what else I'll get up to. Maybe a movie later, if not tomorrow.

- coffee with cream x 3 over the morning -
B - Premier protein shake
S - plain Greek yogurt with homemade SF strawberries (made the same way as my cranberries)
L - Caesar salad, 3 oz chicken breast
S - Chike protein iced coffee, later: old cheddar, pickle, 3 crackers
D - 3 oz leftover steak sliced thin into a stirfry with Asian-sesame dressing
S - not sure yet, likely just coffee

Hi guys, I'm back after a few tough months. I just didn't post because i didn't want to be a Debbie downer, lol. Now that i feel a little better, I wanna "play"
. I'm 16 months post op and i'm trying to up my calories to 1000 as per the dietician. At this point it's not happening but, i'm up to about 860 cals on a good day, better than 200 cals from a couple of months ago, yeah that low. I think i have pretty good restriction as i can barely finish 2 oz of protein and a few spoons of veg but i'm trying to get as much nutrition as i can as i lost A LOT of hair to the point i had to cut ALL my hair off, just too depressing. I look good though, so, i don't mind being bald. Bad thing is i have a torn meniscus an it hurts to exercise or even walk half of the time so, i've started PT hope fully i can return to my Zumba and cardio blast classes. My mind is already playing tricks on me since i'm not exercising, it's only been two weeks. I dreamt i had gained weight, woke up in a panic and first thing i did was look at my wrists to confirm they were still small, lol, issues much? So onto todays eats:
B - eggface ricotta bake and a spoon of baked beans
L - 2oz blue mackerel and cabbage mixed with a little PB
D - 2 0z chicken breast and 1/3 cup mixed veg
s - 1/3 cup tuna, mini protein muffin (no flour), sugar free cappuccino made with unsweetened almond milk
W - 15 cups
E - just walking around the house (this sucks :( )
Totals : 677, carbs, 28, fat 30, protein 78, sugar 9
