Overall Weight Loss vs. Post-op Loss

Hi! Question. 

When calculating expected loss from RNY (60-80% of "excess weight"), should we be counting the Opti weight loss or only post-op? Trying to figure out what to expect :) 

A pound lost is a pound lost - you earned each and every one of them. ;)
