Support group in Markham Area?

Hi there.. I am 2 weeks post op and am just wondering if anyone knows of any support groups in the Markham area.  

Since starting Opti and since surgery I am down almost 46 pounds and am in a really good head space...I want to ensure that I stay here.  I know there is a monthly one at Humber and plan on attending that but was just wondering if there was anything closer out there.

Also, I have 2 boxes of Optfast left over...anyone interested?
