D/S or a revision

I had a question I wanted to be considered for a revision or a duel switch. My surgeon does not do that only sleeve and RYN . What are my options here and which path do I need to take. Any advise help

I wouldn't think you would qualify.. its been less than 3 years since you had surgery and you can still work your tool. The path you need to take is to go back to basics. If you gained enough weight back already to even qualify i would think you need to figure out why first.
