RNY  6 Years 11 Months Post Op

Morning and Happy Easter

Golfing this morning then just home to enjoy our day.  Very hot and humid here which brings on the leg cramps.  I am taking extra potassium plus will have 1/2 an orange and 3 inches of banana.

STEPS - 13,827

EATS

B - 2 large mugs of coffee

     Premier protein shake blended with ice and 3 inches of banana

 

S - 1.8 oz leftover chicken breast stuffed with mozza and portabella

 

S - 1/2 orange

 

L - Egg salad sandwich made with 2 medium eggs and 1 TB of Hellman's light. 

    1 Arnolds thin's

 

D - Hamburger - all the fixins - no bun

 

S - Dannon Greek

 

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are:  Calories - 1,388,  Carbs - 108 Grams,  Protein - 110 Grams,  Fiber - 15 Grams

 

All water - 3 - 4 litres - all vits
