Low carb potatoes
They had those at my grocery store about 10 years ago. They were more expensive, but tasted the same. I liked them, but I guess they didn't sell well because they stopped carrying them. Now that I'm post WLS, I very rarely eat potatoes, so I probably wouldn't buy them. It's hard enough getting in my protein. Now if they came up with a high protein potato, I'm there.
