Does anyone happen to know the shelf life
of the optifast. How long is it safe to use.

The expiry date is written on it.
Thank you, I know the expiry date is on the side of the box but usually it is a best before date but has a longer shelf life which makes it safe to use.
Call the company....they would know that answer.
