Vitamins for post op

I bought the bariatric complete chewable (procare) from Amazon.ca and it was 30 dollars, with shipping, for a one month supply. They're not the tastiest, but I'm sure ill be able to handle it for the first month. They're the one the dietician in Sudbury recommended. You only need to add calcium. I picked them because I wanted the least amount of pills to deal with.

We ordered the Bariatric vitamins from ProCare online...it is US and shopping is $15, however they offer chewables (we were told to use chewables for the first few weeks) and capsules for later on.

We placed our initial order for to last 2 months and if there are no complications with them we plan on ordering a years supply at a time!
