Did you have the DS loop (SIPS)? Or was it a full DS? Any regrets? What is your current status in your weight loss journey? Thanks.

Hi, I'm in the same position you were in. Did you end up getting a re-sleeve in addition to DS? My doctor doesn't want to resleeve me but I feel like I can eat way too much and don't want to get a DS loop if it won't work.

Well my worries were unfounded and my doctor put it through right away!

current BMI 24.7 that, my friends, is NORMAL!!! Strong is the new pretty!

I don't post much other than to tout my clothing exchanges lately but I'm finally going for a breast reduction with my preferred surgeon, Dr. Kreidstein. My initial appointment is Feb.28th.

Just wondering if anyone else has had this surgery with him and how you felt about it after the fact?

Good morning menu crew (using that term lightly)

What a mild January,,,, does this mean February is going to be brutal? Today should be pretty normal at work and then I have a session at the gym with my trainer.... last week we did 2 days of supersets so I'm curious what tonight will bring.

QOTD: What is your favorite electronic gadget currently? Mine is now my Fitbit Inspire because I'm definitely a stats person. I now log my food and water there,, it tells me how I slept, how many steps I got in, how many calories I burned, shows graphs of my pulse so I like seeing the spikes and calorie burn for exercise. Yes I'm now obsessed.

B - protein shake

S - greek yogurt

L - grilled chicken strips, salad

S - cheese string, turkey pepperette

D - chili, melba toast

S - cottage cheese with everything but the bagel seasoning

I am over 2 years out from surgery and still struggle with my hair loss. I'm glad I ran across this thread. Picked up Nioxin from Costco yesterday. $35 for a 1L shampoo and conditioner.
