What are you eating/doing today? (Monday)

I am familiar with the dizziness and in my case they think low blood pressure too. They told me to increase salt, legumes, and fruit. This has helped a lot and my dizziness is 80% better with small amounts of these items. Good luck, let us know what they suggest. Might be worth asking your centre about this rather than just gp, they might have more specific advice.
