There is LOTS of salt in processed food. and even in regular food. we are encouraged by chefs and cooks to put a ridiculous amount of salt in our food.
(on a totally unrelated note will i EVER be able to type the word ridiculous without having that annoying squiggly red line tell me i will never spell it correctly)
