Sign of a speedier process??

I will be attending my first surgeon's appt on Tuesday. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call so quickly as I just had my orientation in October. My friend is also going through humber and after her surgeon app she was only 4 months until a surgery date. I'm keeping my fingers crossed! Any advice for my first app?
Orientation Oct 24, 2017 at Humber; Meet surgeon Dec 12/17. Internist Jan 24/18; SW/Nut/nurse appt Feb 15/18;surgery March 19/18
Opti -12; M1 -25; M2 -18; M3- 18 M4-9 M5-11 M6-7

I don't know the Humber process but I wish you continued good luck and a speedy process. :)
My advice to everyone is always be yourself, be honest... and know the requirements of the surgery!
