L: Drug Rep day (so wherever they say we can order from, I will pick something kinda healthy...LOL, I like to splurge a little when they are paying!

Good morning!
I don't really HAVE a plan for today, which is not the greatest thing for me. I'm going to be on the run for most of the day... BUT...
B: choc PB2 shake
D: crock pot chicken thighs
Other than that - it's pretty much up in the air! Possibly a protein bar at some point given how the day is shaping up... I'm all out of fresh fruit - gotta get to the store. Sigh. i hate days like this.

Late good morning! Here is today's plan:
B: Fuzzy Navel Nectar mixed with lemonade, coffee
S: 2% cheddar cheese
L: chicken thigh simmered in diced tomatoes, SF chocolate pudding
S: PB2 on half a Sandwich Thin
D: Swordfish with tomato, caper, balsamic glaze and small salad
S: Fage with blueberries
I'm soooooo stressed out today at work, and it really helps to have all my meals pre-planned!

I'm soooooo stressed out today at work, and it really helps to have all my meals pre-planned!
Well my "day time" eating was not planned out at all...and I'm out of some staples such as deli meat and fresh fruit so work food is a little repetitve....but oh well
Day time:
Earlier: Egg w/ one slice cheese w/ one piece toast
24 ounces crystal lite
Will have my left over dinner from perkins - 1/2 of a wrap w/ turkey, ham, cheese, lettuce, ranch
Packed for work (no particular order here)
2 greek yogurts w/ berries
2 string cheese
Edamame
PB&J on arnold thin crisp
On the way to work I'll have my medium iced decaf coffee from DD and while at work I'll have at least 48 ounces of crystal lite and/or water and probably a 20 ounce decaf hot tea
Sad to say that I feel like I pulled a muscle bowling yesterday (how stupid...) so I'm laying low on the exercise portion today, so my leg doesn't hurt way to much at work tonight.

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.
