I've decided (LOL)

Ok...so I am no where NEAR ready to have plastic surgery.  I want to have kids and buy a house - and there's the $$ right there for that, not to mention having kids would totally screw up what I just paid for.

However...hubby has gotten me into "Battlestar Galactica" the series that was just recently aired and I am watching it from the beginning.

I've decided that if I ever HAVE plastics I would like to take this picture to Dr. Herman and say "make me look like this"

And I don't even mind the scar, LOL  Goodness knows I'll have enough of them anyway.

BTW....her "call sign" is Starbuck and she kicks ass.  She's my new hero...until the series ruins the idolization of her, which I am convinced they will.

Are you sure that's a real person and not some cyborg or something? WHO is built like that??!! That's just not right...

I'm with Nan - I'd take a decent pair of legs right now - and for more reasons than just cosmetic. I have to make more appts with my PCP about getting insurance to pay for at least a thigh lift - the excess skin is really weighing down on my knees now - which are bionic to start with - and its causing me grief and pain.

SCARS?? Oh honey, I'm loaded with them - never had a broken bone in my body (knock wood) but I'm stitched together like Frankenstein's bride literally from head to toe!! Not much PS can do to help that...

I have to say that BSG ROCKS!  The show kicks butt pretty much every single episode and makes you think as well as entertains you.  Even if you don't like science fiction, it's an amazingly good show that just keeps getting better.

Starbuck (Katee Sackhoff) goes through a huge evolution throughout the series and is a wonderful character.  And, yes, I would kill to have a body like hers.

She was also in the very short-lived Bionic Woman remake, as the "first bionic woman" (playing a bad guy) and kicked ass over there, too.

'Course, having a body like Tricia Helfer's wouldn't be all that bad either... and she plays a really fascinating character, too.

How far along are you in the series at this point?

I just finished season 2.0....where they just reconnected w/ pegasus and adama is "getting his men back" after reassignment, and a certain death penalty "trial".....you should've seen me today....hence why I didn't get my nap in before work....I kept saying to hubby "just one more episode...." ended up watching about 4 of them, LOL

Friday after my baking....Season 2.5 will be on!!!

Oh - and hubby thought that I would want to look like "cylon model 6" but I told him nah...she's just skin bones and a pretty blond head...I want to be rock solid like Starbuck!
