B= small vanilla yogurt
S=4 pretzel sticks
L= 2 slices provolone and 2 slices genoa salami on a small low carb pita
S= grapes
D= probally baked chicken breast with mixed veggies
S= 2 tsp PB with 1/2 a banana
That is my plan for today...not great but ...I still need to do some food shopping...so we'll see how it goes

Had a protein shake first thing this am with skim milk.

1/2 cup steel cuts oats at work
Water at least 62 ounces today is my goal i am bad with it.
Lunch will be a salad with tuna on it.
Will have some greek yogurt with protein powder thrown in.
D salmon. acorn squash. some other kind of veggie.
Chai latte
Here's today's menu:
B: Hot Chocolate Max Protein, coffee
S: Cheddar cheese
L: Leftover lamb, escarole soup
S: Half an apple, half a Rockin' Roll bar
Post-workout: Half an apple, half a Rockin' Roll bar
D: Chili
S: Ricotta with extract
Exercise will be one hour of Zumba and one hour of Body Pump.

I am trying to cut out the even meals - more like snacks to see if this helps with my weight loss. I did it last week too and I am sure it will come back to haunt me because I know I am not eating enough. But, it is just an experiment to see what happens.
No running today as I did 10.5 miles this weekend and my right knee is killing me.
