Yummy party food!!!
I started making this a year out from surgery to ensure there was something I knew I could eat at work parties, or family parties....
Jeanie-O turkey ham
fat free cream cheese ( 8 oz)
1 1/2 c. ff shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
take cut up turkey ham, cream cheese, and shredded cheese, and put into food processor... pulse until well blended. form into a ball, and roll in shopped walnuts.
chill for 4 hours, and serve with cheese knife, and reduces fat crackers.
It's low fat, and delicious!!! :)
