hoping everyone is doing well.
i am happy to report that i am currently 3 pounds away from my goal!!!!!!!!!!! i am soooooooo excited. who would've thought i'd see this. and not to mention 9 months later!!!!
i still experience the occasion "i cant handle that" food choice...but i am ok with it. i am going for my round of labs next week, and see dr pohl very soon... hoping i reach that 3 pounds before i reach him...lol
(julie, i haven't forgot about my testimonial... i just wanted to get to my goal before i did it! ;)

Sometimes it helps to talk to people who have had the same surgery and are experiencing the same symptoms and/or problems.
Way to go! I am glad things went well! remember to drink and walk! The more the better! If you have any questions this is the place, so ask away!!!
