Hugs. I get that. I hate food now also. Different reason. 

But we need proteins. Any proteins. Rest - not as much. But get your proteins. In any form you can. And fat. 

Not getting enough proteins would make you weak and mess up your thinking. You need to stay strong.

Btw- days like that soups full of meat or protein shakes are good for.

I am thinking of you Skinny and sending Hugs.  Go ahead and hate the food, but you have to take care of yourself.  Protein shakes and bars if you have to and I don't say that lightly as I am pretty much against them post 1 year out.  But your cir****tances warrant it.

I hope to see you on the menu board more often, we would love to have you join us

Morning DD2! I had a nice weekend. Pretty busy. 

I am also a sugar addict. Even crappy sweets that I don't particularly care for, I will still eat if given the chance.

QOTD. I love popcorn. I can eat a mountain of it. It seems like it would fill you up really fast, but it DOES NOT. We can eat it all day long if we allowed ourselves to.

Plain popcorn is a fairly healthy snack. All the stuff we put on popcorn is not. The oil it's cooked in and the toppings are the killers. If I made popcorn before surgery, I wpuld put a whole stick of butter on top. That's 800 extra calories. 

I would stab a nun in the eye with a fork for a bag of Smartfood.

I do agree with you would think Popcorn would fill you up, but it does not....pretty much could eat a garbage bag full of it.

Well, there were a nun or two during my parochial school days where I would have stared at a fork longingly.

 Height: 5'7".  HW: 299, Program starting weight: 290, SW: 238, CW 138 - 12 pounds under goal!

So when we come down you mean I can't bring 4 of the 1/2 pound Reeces cups so we all go into sugar coma, minus hubby cuz he is not "one of us?" LOL

Damn freaking smartfood, not only is it DELICIOUS but it stains your fingers!!!! How can something so good be so bad!!!!

Can I join you in the nun stabbing, wait that didn't sound right... but smartfood, yes its all good! ha ha ha
