I totally agree with you JB,,,, I'm welcoming this weekend more than most. Work has been overwhelming so I hope to just have a very quiet couple of days to recharge the batteries. I may take my mom to a few stores/produce stands but other than that my only plan is to get to the gym for some weight training (strangely enough it helps me unwind)
QOTD: Nope... and if they are tied loosely I don't even untie them to put them back on.

No real plans for the weekend but my hip is much better so I will start working out again tomorrow. Tomorrow is weigh day and I am not expecting much loss since I wasn't working out. However I was good on eating. We will see.

FYI those lettuce-gone-to seed tops are considered amazing natural viagra by most Asian and Persian cultures. So put some in Grims salad (with his permission of course) and tell us what happens lol! ![]()
I?m having a great time in NY ( finally ! ) and am a little frustrated on the other . The thirty Covid and pregnancy pounds are absolutely dropping off thank God now that I?m gardening , pruning privet and creating another garden in Brooklyn. I?m working like a plow horse and loving it ... and a lot of very serious and long desired opportunities are coming my way . Of course all at the same time and I have to choose ... which is super hard .
food wise - I started probiotics specifically drinking ( very diluted with coconu****er ) Siggis zero fat drinkable yogurt . It like ... removed a bunch of my excess belly fat ( which I hate and am constantly fighting with because I?m an apple shape ) ... like instantly ...the very next day and the day after.
What I was ? hiding ? under cardigans in 90 degree heat I now feel confident showing off in a tank top ... and I even bought two elastic tube tops in anticipation:) . Probiotics REALLY work as does CLA and flaxseed .
yesterdays food - tea w milk , top of an everything bagel , a bit of hummus and babagaboush , a siggis yogurt drink and a couple of haribo candies . And a TON of backbreaking work ( I'll take pics later - planting about 16 giant planters .... )
