GRATEFUL POST

Good Morning.. Well another day gone and another one ready to begin.. I hope you all had a good day yesterday and plan on having a better one today.. I am grateful.. That I walked 3 miles yesterday and then rode for two miles.. That gives me a total of eight miles in two days.. I want to get about 25-30 this week so don't let me slack up... That I am alive and able to post.. This surgery has been so good to me.. That I am wearing a 2x shirt today that doesn't look that tight.. A lot of people may say dude it is a 2x but if you think about that I was in an 8x at this time last year you will know why I am so happy.. That I have wonderful people around me that love me in spite of all my imperfections.. That I have people that are very supportive in my efforts to drp this weight.. God Bless you all.. I am grateful for Ramon. I am grateful for this board. I am grateful for the opportunity to share with these special people. I am grateful for my job....no matter how insensitive the boses are.
