GRATEFUL POST...

Good morning people.. I hope that this day is good for all of you.. I know that it will be good for me because I am going to support group tonight and I am having supper with a lady from the group afterwards.. No, not like that she is like my unoffical angel and it was her birthday the other day.. Today I am grateful... that I have a great support group to go hang out with.. that the sun is shining and it is going to be another pretty day albeit windy.. that I was blessed with this life saving surgery.. that the Baylor Lady Bears won the national championship.. for the miracle of modern technology.. I am grateful that I got to catch up with Ramon and that He is my special friend !!! I am grateful that even though I am fighting these allergies and cough right now,BUT 164 1/2 pounds ago it would have been sooo much worse with asthma added on top of all that ! I am grateful that I have people I can count on to listen when I need to talk, and for them to talk when they need me to listen ! I am grateful that I can wear these cute capri pants and shorter style shirt & not feel self concious and horrible in them....I actually feel confident ! Have a great day ! Jen 340/175.5/???

Ramone, I am grateful that my daughter wrote in my journal. I will cherish what she wrote for always. I am grateful that my (x) step-daughter has decided to go in the Army. Hi Dimples! Today I am having a great day! It is gourgeous (other than windy) today with lots of sunshine. I am grateful for: My Lord and Savior (#1) Being flattered this morning on my way to work by a man in a pick-up who honked at me and flirted........wow that hasn't happened in a while wasn't sure what to do but it certainly was an ego boost! My wonderful family My son did well on his physical for a new job today! Passed with flying colors after his 140 lb loss Everyone on OH for all their encouraging words each day. You all keep me motivated and going forward. What a blessing!
