30 Day Challenge Day 25
Bad, bad Karla came out yesterday. Too many carbs. I ate 3 cookies (not in one sitting...spread out through the day) and tamale and beef enchilada at lunch. It'll probably get me by tomorrow. I did ride my bike an extra 5 minutes today.
Was down 2 oz...big whoopie! I figure I'll see it go up tomorrow.
Today:
coffee latte w/ protein
lots of liquids
Eas Advantedge protein drink
Tuna for lunch
SF Yogurt
To be determined dinner
hi-protein snack...thank heaven my raisins are gone!
exercised 35 minues
took vits/supplements

Carbs got me yesterday as well. The whole "I haven't had anything "good" in a while" thing came about yesterday and I had scalloped potatoes at lunch and then it went down hill from there. I did go to the gym and complete my workout. I know today will be bad as well because the chamber banquet is tonight and I am going to have whatever is on the menu. I won't exercise today because my day will be filled with work, hair appointment and preparing the the banquet. I am proud to say since Jan. 5th, I have lost 11 pounds of the 21 pounds that I had regained since June 2008.
PLEASE PRAY THAT I HAVE PORTION CONTROL OVER THE CARB MONSTER TODAY AND TONIGHT.

Today is a new and better day!
Plus, I can get to the gym tonight and workout. My whole routine is off this week and I've only had one workout (light weights, no cardio), so today will be the start of my workouts for the week :) Will just have to workout Saturday and Sunday to make up for it.

still feeling yucky...I did have some blackberries and then a homemade breakfast burrito for dinner last night.
Not near the fluid I should be having right now~ I takes a lot of energy for me to do anything! I am sitting here with water tho...LOL

Got on the scales this morning and down 2 more lbs.
B- Scrambled eggs w/cheese

s- hard boiled or prtoein drink
d- chili
I would like to help you but you cant fix stupid.
I'm doing okay...still haven't gotten on the scale so I don't know where I am there but I know the dr will weigh me tomorrow so I'll see then. Water is good...food--well if I felt like eating I would say it's okay but I'm having to make myself eat because of the tummy thing. Water is sitting here & vitamins are in for the morning.
